In addition, the instant messaging platform updates the dominant theme color of both the light and dark mode with a new green color, as well as the fresh color look of the chat bubbles and the floating action button.

The report also revealed that this interface is also available to a limited number of beta testers who install the latest WhatsApp Business beta update.

“By introducing a new redesigned interface, WhatsApp aims to provide its users with a more modern and visually appealing experience. We believe this change not only demonstrates their commitment to improving the user interface, but also indicates that WhatsApp is actively listening to user feedback and staying on top of design trends,” WABetaInfo said .

The report also suggested that the Meta-owned app may gradually make small changes to the user interface, such as releasing new icons without a new color scheme. It’s only a matter of days before more users can try the new interface.

The new interface is available to a limited number of beta testers who install the latest version of WhatsApp beta for Android from the Google Play Store, and is rolling out to more users in the coming weeks.
